Kha'Zix's Special Evolution Quotes Always Available

Yeah, I'm reporting a bug on the bug. Over the last patch or two, I've noticed that Kha'Zix's special quotes (the ones that get added to his VO via evolution points) are playing regardless of whether I have points in the skills or not. For instance, some of his lines are "My wings are restless" and "They won't know what ate them", quotes that are normally only supposed to be heard AFTER you evolve your E and R respectively. However, I hear them all the time, even at level one.

This problem isn't only limited to the E and R quotes; over my last... oh, fifteen or so games with Kha in SR, Ascension, and Hexakill, I've heard the special evolution quotes from every skill when I don't even have a point in my R. The problem seems to go away after I get a point in that skill and evolve something, but while it's not exactly game-breaking, this is really odd, and it would be nice if someone could help me confirm this.

After all, bugs shouldn't have bugs.
