[GAMEPLAY] Katarina Can't Q, R or B

This video is not from NA servers (nor is it my video, so at least one other player has encountered this issue), but the same thing happened to me on NA.

As far as items, the only two items I and the video maker had in common was Deathcap and Abyssal.

If you get 8+ kills as Katarina and become 'legendary', you become unable to use your Q, R or B buttons.

Rebinding doesn't work to fix this. Even clicking the ability on the toolbar doesn't fix this.

Dying fixes it, though.

[UPDATE]

I just attempted to replicate this bug in a bot game and was unable to do so.

I will update this again if I happen to play her again tonight.

Exactly the same situation. The champion should be disabled for the time to fix this really annoying bug. It's been 2 months already and problem still here..

i was in a ranked game and we made a comeback and aced them and then all of a sudden, my q r and b dont work and we lost the next fight and got aced and lost...... i wasnt legendary but for some reason after a fight it just stopped working.

Had the same problem. Had to kill myself to fix it, tried to relog, did not repaired it.

Yerp I had this problem too. I think it was right after I got my first kill. Still early in the game (10:00 or under) came back to lane to recall but I couldn't recall. Minion wave pushed up and i tried to Q it but that wouldn't work. All went downhill from there, trying to team fight with only E W ignite lol. It fixed itself later on after I died. Pretty weird bug.

I just know I lose and my team blames me. Please repair that weird bug. Thank you. and I saw that this problem has been found about one month ago and you did repair it at all.
