Entering Ranked while Restricted

Despite being ranked restricted, some bug made me queue up for ranked for some reason. I played an ARAM, then the Ranked queue didn't have the lock. Clicked queue, gave me the 'restricted' error, and then I went into a normal draft. Played badly, lost, and then I was confused to all hell why I lost LP for the match despite queuing for a normal. Tried the same thing again, queuing for ranked then draft, got into ranked queue again. This is actually pretty bad since I can't know for sure whether I'm going into a draft game to serve out my restrictions or into a ranked, and shouldn't be possible in the first place. Riot please investigate! Attached shows that I entered into a normal.. only to lose LP.
