Mac client can't move Items

Mac client version 5.20.15_10_09_12_08. Running on OS X 10.11 Macbook Pro 15 inch. When ever I go to move an item, my mouse gets shot up to the top of the screen with the item. I can't move my mouse lower than my skills on the screen (with the smallest skill UI turned on). This has been there for a patch or 2 and would love to have it fixed. Thanks a bunch. If you need a video I can make one but honestly all that happens is the mouse shoots to the top of the screen when i click lower than a certain point. Thanks a bunch -Neospicer
