Maokai Twisted Advance Glitch/Bug

So I played Moakai against Xin top, and I W'd to him and I got stuck as an untargetable image, Im literally a tree now, so sad.

Any way, RITO please fix this? I think I E'd, W'd, R then Q'd and my W got him mid audacious (sp?) charge. I could B and Q and E and R still but not flash or TP. I tried Exiting, and tried relogging and restarting. Nothing worked. Just look into please
