Lucian Ultimate Bug
Lucian's ultimate is not applying the 400% bonus damage to minions.

Not just that but it's as if the damage is reduced by over half as well...mine was supposed to be dealing ~320 (80 base) per shot to minions, but instead was about 30. He needs to get disabled til they fix it.
Edit: it also seemed to be doing heavily reduced damage to champions as well, not just minions. It essentially didn't do any damage.
