[Gameplay] Xin Zhao Q bug (giving attack speed and 100% Critical Strike Chance)

I was recently playing Xin Zhao top and I noticed something odd about his Q. When I would activate Q, it would give me an increase in attack speed. I checked this throughout the game, and it would always increase my attack speed whenever I activated Q not W (W would still give me attack speed, just so there is no confusion here). The other thing that would happen, is that I would get a 100% critical strike change when using some of the Q's active hits. It would not disappear if I cancelled the auto attack, so I would then have a guaranteed critical strike the next hit. I did not have any critical strike change the whole game, so I believe this was from this Q. I went looking to see if anyone had noticed this, and I eventually found a post on Reddit about Xin having a PBE change around a month ago, but it talked about what I have been experiencing while playing Xin in ranked. After experiencing this, I talked to someone who played Xin in a later game with me, and he experienced the same things that game that I had. From what I can tell, it seems that the Xin changes somehow slipped into the live gameplay. I hope this helps.
