It said i used 3rd party software but i dont recall using any didn't get a warning either i haven't played "normal lol" for a while and just enjoying team fight tactics. Is this a mistake or did i get hacked?

Did you buy your account?
If you bought your account online, then people typically use AI_bots to level them to lvl 30 and client will pick up on that.
Did you let someone else play on your account? Your flash button changed from d to f in your match history.
