Hi, I leveled up from 77 to 78 and did not receive a capsule, I'm not usually picky about these things but i need blue essence to buy champions I had gotten a major boost in XP for win of the day essence and XP, I also think i had gotten extra XP from one of the new missions that has come out today, not sure if that had anything to do with missing out on a capsule. Thanks.
I am leveling up from 10 and I didn't get any of my capsules. The client displayed I got it but I cannot find it at all in Hextech crafting.
At the end of my game today I got a capsule for leveling up to 60. But I never got the whole "You leveled up heres your thing" until the game after. Maybe tr playing another game?
I hit 35 yesterday and my capsule never appeared in my loot either.
I just had this happen to me for the first time. It said I got one but then nothing was in my inventory. At level 73.
.Oh this happened to me at lvl 116, i thought i opened the capsule and forgot
I just leveled from 22 to 23 and the screen even said "champion capsule" and i hit ok and there's no capsule. It's also the second or so time this happened to me. Riot please help.

Not sure if it's related, but I'm actually getting a false level up screen. It says I leveled up and received a capsule even though I was no where near a level up. I do not receive a capsule though.
