[crash] champ select bug

i was playing my silver promos match and i never played ranked to win i played normals all season to have fun but i was in game in my silver promos and i was going to lock in top lane and my game got stuck on 0 timer and i couldn't lock in a champ neither hover one it got stuck on 0 for everyone not just me and i got a loss on my promos ;-; iim not mad about the loss really just upset that it happened at my promos
