[GAMEPLAY] Vi auto attack slowing/stopping bug

okay so i have noticed this bug several times. i dont have a video of it but while im jungling i notice that either one of 2 things happen. my auto attacks get really really slow for a couple of seconds or they just stop all together for a couple of seconds. it doesnt happen super often but it does happen atleast once a game. all you really do to reproduce the bug is just auto attack some jungle camps and im sure it will happen within a games length time. it happens to me at the very least atleast once a game. sometimes more
