Only league causes my computer to crash? [Hope I'm on the correct board]

It's either my league client freezes for 2-3 seconds, then continues on as normal, freezes entirely forcing my to alt-tab back into the game, or causes my entire computer to crash forcing a restart. Not too sure why this is happening My drivers are all up to date. Anyone know of a fix? I also don't have any problems with any other game, only league causes my computer to crash.

Build: Windows 10 Intel core i7-8700k 16GB SDddr4 ram Geforce gtx 980 4gb AS rock Z-370 pro 1TB SSD

try uninstalling league and reinstalling it, this sounds like some heavily corrupted files because as far as I can tell, your pc should be able to run League fine

if that doesn't work, then you need to submit a support ticket

https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us

Then just click submit a ticket at the top

You'll have to select the request type, which would be Tech Issues

and then just fill out all the fields with as much info as you can

hopefully someone at Riot can help you figure out what is going on

I have a i5 6600k, gtx 980, windows 10 and 16gb of ram too, does your crash consist of the screen going grey, the sound continuing for a few seconds then a high pitched screech before my pc restarts (thats my crash)? Also when I restart it thinks i'm on the NA server, forces me to agree to something, patches before i have to log out. I haven't solved this issue however I was wondering if your symptoms are the same as mine.
