Practice Tool - Reset Game Problem

Hello to anyone who reads this. I want to share my issues with the practice tool and hopefully have a Riot Developer notice this and maybe fix it. The problem is with the Reset Game option. When the game is reset the actual minutes do not reset to 0 and since the new patch, if the rift is changed by a dragon, the rift does not revert back to normal when the game is reset. I'm not sure if this(both minutes and rift change) is intended or it would be too much of a hassle to fix but yeah...just wanted to share. Have a nice evening!
