cursor shaking in game

Okay, so this is getting really annoying for me. I just got a new MSI laptop, so it's supposed to be pretty epic for games, which it is. But, I am having a mouse shaking problem in game. my cursor will randomly spaz out, and I mean spazzz out. It will jump allover the screen, and make it impossible to play the game. I have tried pretty much every option that I have found online, although this does not seem to be a common problem, and I could not find much on it. I really want this to be fixed, so please help! it typically happens mostly when i get into fights, and less so walking to lane... so right when I need it to not happen. The issue is fixed when i unplug and replug the mouse, but only for a few seconds. I have tried multiple mouses, so that is not the problem.
