Email verification required

I can't verify my email [email protected] because I forget my password. The problem is I can't change to my new email, I already try to change it but it keeps saying that my password is the wrong password and I can't even use my account cuz the email verification required I can't exit it. Hope you guys read it asap 😉I already changed my new email account Password but it still say a wrong password.
