[Crash] Poppy black screen, file corruption bug

In the top right part of the map near blue buff in the area where the 4 "paths" meet in a + formation if you use w then q in the right spot your screen will go black and you have to restart you computer. Once restarted the client will detect corrupted data and ask you if it can fix it. This bug has happened every game i have played poppy since first discovering it. I am running Windows 10.
