those are both legacy skins they were on sale for 520 just for one month last year i think as a special re-release event. but they're actually more expensive.

"Only 975 RP skins and above make it into these premium gifts." i'm guessing it might be a bug. Hopefully riot will pick up on this. Do you have any evidence?
