[GAMEPLAY] Tahm Kench W bug

[GAMEPLAY] I was playing Kench recently lately,and i there was a bug occurring almost everyone i ate a low health minion. In some cases the minion would dissapear (my W was going on cooldown so the minion definitely died after my cast),in other cases i would eat and spew it on other minions,the splash damage was given but there was not trace of the eaten minion(no gold income aswell). P.S. Happened once to me,am not sure if it was a bug or a misunderstanding,but when i ate my teammate to save her(she had critically low health and no DoT effects on her),my W went on cooldown,but she died and i am sure the enemy didnt use anything that can bypass the protection that my W offers(e.g. ignite).
