Bugshot crash after selecting Champion

Hi all,

I have selected a champion, once the screen drops to then load up the loading screen. It crashes brings up a Bugshot error message and then asks me to reconnect. I click reconnect and it does it over again.

I read that I needed to change resolution. I have done this, and the same thing happens.

Any help much appreciate.
