so hi there i got to lvl 40 yesterday and i didnt receive my capsule i even also try relogging still nothing and so i have report this bug but no one reply back or look into very disappointed so i hope if i post this some rioter might see this and help me out
Same thing happened with me! I have two friends who reached level 40 and both got rewards, but I haven't in 3 days.
my friend reached lvl 40 today and he got a capsule but i didn't i hope riot will give us the capsule to because i'm going to be lvl 41 soon
so i just lvl up to 41 and i did get a capsule but it was not the lvl 40 one sadly i was also hoping that the lvl 40 one appear but nope
so i just find out that my ticket reach them and i did get my capsule
