Rek'Sai ult bug?

I'm not really sure what happened here but my ult appeared to do no damage. I heard that the ability is dodgeable but the enemy I was targeting used no mobility spells and stood right in the way of my ult. I'm a tad confused. Is this a bug or is there something I don't know about the ability?
