[Client] Getting kicked out of lobby and losing LP?

Hi, So, I started doing my Gold II promotion and suddenly everyone from the match room showed as left the lobby. That counted as lost match for me and kicked me out of promotion. This happened twice in a row today and also got me banned for leaving for 5 minutes even tho I didn't do anything. That really got me tilted cause I wasted so much time getting into promo and bug like this just delete all the hours of matches played. I clipped whole situation on Twitch.
