In Game bug( can't see allied champions)

Hello,i just finished now a ranked game on Nordic and east server which i lost because i could not see the allied champions on my team...i could see the chat log,auto attacks and can see them pinging but i could not see the module of the characters.First the client crashed then i restarted the computer it connected me to the game then the bug happened.also i tried to play using pings but that didn't go so well( had to tell them to ping constantly for me to find them and follow the ping marker) a thing that i also noticed with this bug is that the turrets had no health displayed.has anyone encountered this before and if so how can i prevent it in future games? my summoners name is Mrbubbles32 and the game i played was a ranked game on 31/3/2015 i was playing braum and was supporting a trist also had in my team a kayle,lulu and a vi.
