Smite glitched?

Okey... I Played few ranked's today and two of the games were not-fair becouse of smite glich. Well i won one/two but the second we lost just becouse of it. The glitch happened when we were taking the baron. Lux from the enemy team ulted the baron to steal-it and it didnt kill it. After few seconds i smited it when it had about 700HP left and the baron kill went to the enemy team for no reason. Second time in the same game it happened when baron was low and lux ulted again, i smited before here and the baron still went to the enemyteam.

Second game... We start our second baron. Lucian ulted it, but didnt kill it becouse it had a lot of Hp still remaining. Then our teammates killed 2 members of the enemy team that were trying to KS the baron. After i smite baron at level 18 with smite dealing 1000. Quess what? baron took the enemy team! And we lost the game becouse they pushed our mid lane really fast. They even called us "noobs" for almost comebacking the game but loosing it to a bug.
