[Crash] Client crashed twice during champ select; lost LP and got put into wait queue

This happened twice today and once yesterday. I was in champ select for a rank game and my client just straight crashed and I lost LP and got put into the wait queue. This is very frustrating. I have no idea why this is happening.

I'm using Windows 10. Not sure if it's related, but both times I was removing friends from my friend list.

Can I get my LP back at least? I probably lost 30+ LP in this three times. Would really appreciate.
