Infernal Nasus Ult Bugged In Training Mode

I was spamming my ult with no cooldowns enabled and turned cooldowns back on again. Then I ulted to put it on cooldown, while my previous ult was still active. After my ult was supposed to run out the visuals and sound effects remained. My character did shrink back down though.
