Game crashing bug?

So I was in a game with an enemy Jhin and at 6:20 on the replay both Vel'Koz and Udyr disconnected. I was in a call with the Udyr stating his client froze. When Vel'Koz reconnected he stated it happened after Jhin used W. Then there was a major disconnect that happened during the 20 min mark. It ended up disconnecting our entire team.
