Attempt To Join Queue Fail

Dear Riot,

I'm pretty sure this is a launcher bug. I re-downloaded, but the problem is still persistent. During banning phase, if an opponent fails to ban then it goes to zero. On mine it stays at zero then chat says all other teammates left, and finally I lag back to home screen. It then says I can't play because I was the one who failed to ban the champion. Any feedback would be great. I know I'm not the only one having this issue.
