First time after every PC restart I try to play a league game bugsplat

So, the first time I join a game after my computer restarts I get a bugsplat, followed by a reconnect bug which makes it so when I hit reconnect, it just keeps telling me to reconnect until it eventually works. I go into a custom game every time I restart my computer but it doesnt even get fixed sometimes so I have to start a new custom game etc etc. Really really furstrating, just re downloaded league and that still didn't fix it. any ideas?
