Yasuo Tornado Bug

So I've noticed a few times on recent Yasuo games that when my tornado is charged up and I Q, Yasuo doesn't throw out a tornado, instead just does a normal Q animation. The same thing happens when I E/Q, it doesn't knock up, and I would just like to bring this to Riot's attention.
