Vel'Koz has some issues

The last few weeks I've noticed things that are happening too often to be coincidence.

When I 'Q' (Plasma Fission) sometimes it acts like it hits a minion or other target and then splits at 90 degrees far short of extending the full distance. There are no minions around or visible at that point.

Sometimes when I hit my 'R' (Life Form Disintegration Ray), I am sometimes unable to rotate it. No matter where I put my mouse pointer, it stays in the exact direction that I initiated it.

Other times when I initiate the 'R' it will immediately get interrupted and stop. Again, it seems that there is nothing that would have cause that immediate interruption and it will then show my 'R' ability button enabled as though I should be able to initiate it again, but I am unable to.

It's driving me crazy. It never used to do that. It also seems the game doesn't recognize my key combinations or mouse clicks as well as before in that it will take me a couple of times to initiate or fire an ability.

Has anyone else experienced such behavior?
