Loot System Not Giving Skin After Purchase

I just tried to purchase the Conqueror Karma skin using the loot system and when I press the 'Unlock Skin Permanent' button, its keep giving me a 'Redeem Failed' notification and links me to the service status of LoL and will not add the skin to my account. Am I doing something wrong or is this another rito pls moment?
