False Abandoning Queue fail

Was in ranked, champion selection and someone (just in line before me) on opposite team decided to wait until the clock struck zero to select their champ. We all thought he dodged but his selection went through. Right after it was my turn and 3 seconds in I was booted from lobby and told "Attempt to join queue failed. Player abandoned recent game." I was also given the penalty for that, except I didn't abandon queue, I didn't miss my window to lock champ because I was never given the chance.

Earlier today when that happened (someone waited till last possible second to lock champ) everyone in the lobby was booted from match and we all had to reload. It took so long that four out of the five members of the opposing team never returned and a 5v1 match ensued, with a group of level 1's pushing all the way to the nexus.

This needs to be addressed and I want my ranked points refunded. :o
