Certain Champs are walking through Veigar's stun

I've played a few games with Veigar after the patch, and a few champions have walked through his stun. i'm not sure exactly what causes it, but it seems to be a little bit buggy.

it has nothing to do with the items it was im assuming a bug since it hasnt happened since

it wasnt vlad i know there are certain champs that can like morgana and vlad, but it was neither of those
