[GAMEPLAY] Game on Howling Abyss Froze at very end of match

A game I just played froze right as the nexus was taking the last hit. It was in Howling Abyss (ARAM, not Poro king). Every character and minion on the map was repeating the same action, and trying to get to the dashboard from the game screen put me right back on the glitching map. The menu still worked, and I could access the chat, but not get it to post messages.

After several minutes, I tried disconnecting and reconnecctiong, but the game would not let me back in, stating that there was an error connecting to the server. The game is not even appearing in my match history. (I am new, so I don't know if this is normal when disconnecting.) In the end, I had to disconnect completely.

I am not sure if the game just crashed becasue of several champion deaths happening as the nexus broke, or if there is something else wrong. I felt reporting it would be best.
