Anyone else having this problem? tried to download patch 5.4 and was going well until I got stuck at 99 for 30 minutes before I decided to close and run as administrator. after it re-opened I find my self stuck at 30% scanning files... this is the second patch in a row this has happened and would very much appreciate some help, thanks!
i got stuck at 50% then i retried it and now its been scaning files for an hour league of legends litteraly has a update probem every single fucking moth and im getting tired of this bu shit

At 14.4k scanned files, have restarted Patcher multiple times.
Hi, After being stuck on 0 applied patches @ 99% I went to help (the question mark in the top right) and clicked "save logs". I'm not sure why, but it got unstuck and started applying the patches. I hope that helps.
Yea I am really getting sick of downloading what feels like a whole new game every week
First it was on 0% then it just changed to 33% and its been stuck @ 33% and there's 7,000 or more files scanned... HALP!
the same problem first stuck at 99 then at 32 and repatch but it stuck at 32 and failed to update I hope lol fix the problem
Mines stuck on 33% Riot you need to sort this out asap and for my patience i believe you should award everyone on this thread a free skin of their choice, yours kindly SneekyNuts.....

Also stuck at 32% :( it gets to .02mb left to download then it just stops downloading and fails to update.
I was stuck on 33% with the update for like a week now. Today I tried everything, I deleted the game off my hard drive today and tried to re-download it. I've been sat not waiting for this patch for 3 hours only for it to stop 20 minutes ago on 99%. Beside the percent it says its downloaded 269mb (0kb) and has been like this for 2 hours. Loosing the will here with this. Feels like there's an update every 2 weeks and every time the updates are more and more irritating to download. If this keeps happening I'll stop playing altogether.
im stuck at 50% my kbps stay around 800 till i get to 50% then they go to 0. happens every time. i just saved my logs. now im ganna try and repair. ganna see if that helps.
If you are stuck at 32% and it shows you "Update Failed." Go to your RADS then projects then to lol.air.client. then to releases and go to the 1 or 2 links there not manifest thingy. Click on those and enter S_OK in both or if there is one do it in the other one. Hope this helps. If it helped try out our cool youtube channel Blladenana!
When i start my league of legends cilent there is no launch button or patching.I decided to wait but it doesn't worth.After about 5-10 mins it shuts down and the same thing is happening every time i try to lunch it.
I was messing around in my task manager and changed all the the processes involved with the league update to high priority. You can do this by right clicking on the update processes and click on set priority. The rate at which it downloads will go up but not as high as when it first started. My kbps went from 0 to a steady 130 KBps. Not much but its something and my league is updating.
Wish my first comment wasn't a negative but I just bought a new laptop and i'm having the exact same troubles. 4000+kbps down until around 500mb left on 2/2 at about 60% then my speed drops to 0 and i have to restart all over again. I don't get it...I've added firewall exceptions, unchecked p2p and am monitoring my network connection and its steady.
Run as admin doesn't work nor a repair. Would love some help.

I'm having this problem too. Got stuck at 14%, then when I tried re-opening, got stuck at 34%. Tried one more time, and I've been scanning files at 33% for a long time. Currently at 11800 files scanned, been doing this for at least a half hour.
