[Client] My friends list and chat won't open, can't play draft

I have many client bugs at once right now, all of them I discovered right now is that I can't play draft (I can't see icons, the summoners mess up, I can't see champions to select in addition the banned champions are not even in the right place), and in addition I cannot open my friends list nor chat, also I can't see notifications (There is a yellow blinking question mark where the notifications) also, it seemed the client had changed for me, it has a different setting bar and stuff, in addition there is a white chat thing beside friend list but it is useless because no matter how many times I click it, it won't do anything. There are some minor problems that are not really messing with me including, I can't change runes masteries (can't even change it when I'm in lobby because it messes up) match history isn't showing up for me, and in addition I can't see frequently played by just being in the lobby. Another problem is if I press dominion or ARAM, I'm basically stuck there I have to relog in order to do anything else. I have never had any problems like this, until now after the new patch. I also downloaded something called LoL connect, because it seemed to be useful. Does anybody think this could be the cause of my problems? How can I fix this?
