Kicked off League several times

i have played and started my promotions and eventually got placed into bronze 5, I've been climbing and got to my promotions and for some reason League has kicked me off several times had to re-install league and lost my promotional for bronze 4. i would like to know how i can do anything about this problem? Please lmk if anybody has any additional information on this issue.
