Full Game Crash (manually restart computer), distorted audio

League of Legends will freeze mid game and I will have to restart the whole system manually. I've read other forums mentioning the windows 10 game bar, how disabling it will "solve" the problem. Clarification, please. There's nothing wrong with the client, I think. This has been going on for a while, it might not be just league of legends but other games as well. Any thoughts will be greatly appreciated.
