The most Amazing and Useless bug?

So i was just messing around with league of legends with cheat engine (Pls don't ban me with this). and i find this amazing but useless bug. =.= and here is the image Image Link and i went into a custom game and tried it, it actually doesn't give you any extra bonus attack speed. so it actually doesn't do anything other than looks cool.
