AFK when I wasn't

Hi, recently I was playing a normal soloque game. My house doesn't have the strongest wifi, and when someone in my family started using a different device, my game crashed. This has happened before. Normally I just ask them to get off the device while I finish my game and I reconnect. However, this time by the time I had reconnected my team had won. I then was put in a lower priority que for 5 matches. The game crashed, and I don't think I deserve to be penalized for this. Is there anything I can do or anyone I can email about this?
