Draven Stand Aside and Spinning Axe Visual Bug

Playing as Draven, I have noticed for a while now that if you have two spinning axes and you throw your stand aside, Draven will appear to have dropped his axes, but he still has two spinning axes (you can tell because of the icon above the hud) This is probably a known bug by now but I just wanted to say something because it gets really annoying for me in games, and for the opponent. Once this happens the opponent will most likely think that the Draven player doesn't have any axes spinning, but he does and the could come as a surprise and get them killed.
