Discord Update Causing Client Crash

So earlier today I was playing and using discord as usual. I turned off my computer and then left the house for a bit. When I came back, I started League and discord. All of the sudden, league bugsplat and then restarted just to crash again. I had to open task manager to stop it, and while I was at it, I closed discord. Launching league client again it worked fine. Then I opened discord, the same thing happened. Restarting my computer hasn't fixed it, and I am not sure what exactly is causing the issue. I am going to full repair to see if that works.

The problem is with Discord, specifically their Overlay feature. Go into your User Settings and disable it, and see if League works after that.

Same issue for me. No problem since I turned off the Overlay.

I ran into this same issue. Thank you Whacking & John Berserk and OP for documenting. The League client was going crazy!
