Twisted Fate can auto attack and use the energized Statikk Shiv passive, and then, without moving or auto attacking more to charge the energized attack, use his W to pick a card, any card, and again use the energized attack. So within the time of auto attacking twice, Twisted Fate can use the Statikk Shiv proc on each attack.
Not the best video. It's really hard to tell that that first minion was a shiv proc.
I just got stomped by TF abusing this mechanic with shiv, stormrazer, Triforce, cannon. Very unfair
Guys... Where have you been for last, I dunno 8+ years. This bug was in the game I think from the very beginning. I started playing in S3 and it was already in game. I think devs prefer to think of it not as a bur, but as a feature)
Also try to play for AD TF (I tried several times), it is hard. You need to be VERY good to pull it out. So I think that TF would stomp you in AP build even harder!
