Dark Harvest Bug

I've been able to proc dark harvest off of some things that I should not be able to proc it off, most notably off of a low-health LeBlanc clone and a low-health Shaco clone (in both instances, my dark harvest stacks increased). Pretty sure this isn't working as intended, as much as I enjoy the extra DH procs.
