I've been able to proc dark harvest off of some things that I should not be able to proc it off, most notably off of a low-health LeBlanc clone and a low-health Shaco clone (in both instances, my dark harvest stacks increased). Pretty sure this isn't working as intended, as much as I enjoy the extra DH procs.

TheRealistKirby2 votesTo expand on this a little, they count as champions because if they didn't, it would be easier to tell which one was the clone and which one was real, based on whether or not they were glowing or whether or not you got your stack.
I do think, though, that you shouldn't be able to stack off sion in passive form, since it's really just a free stack when his health is decaying like that.
