Re connection bug that harms my frames while i play (PLEASE READ)

my thoughts on this bug that's been happening is ridiculous and renders me unable to play League of Legends. I don't know what's causing it but i bet other people are having issues with it as well. Whenever i leave and reconnect to the game i get a really bad stutter from my game it freezes and locks up the game to where my fps is going from 140 to 40 to 2 FPS then freezes and locks up for a good 10 seconds then it does it again for the whole game, even if i reconnect I've tried reinstalling league everything. i know for sure it's not my Pc because i checked everything and it's running how it normally does but when i wanna enjoy a game of league and boot it up i have this issue that has not been fixed it's been here for at least 14 patches now for me. I could really care less about the ban but fix your game PLEASE because this is the worst thing I've ever dealt with (PC SPECS MSI GTX 1060 (6GB) INTEL CORE I5 6600K 3.5 GHZ RIPJAWS RAM 16GB SSD & HARD DRIVE 1TB Windows 10 64 bit) If you guys at riot can be like the and tell me how to fix this or fix it please do because i really do enjoy league of legends but this man... this is horrible!
