after completing champ select and everything is done, instead of loading not thing is happened. The client show "Reconnect", I tried countless times and failed

yeah, its so anoying!

I've tried everything: reinstalled, Hextech Repair Tool, cmd "intsh Winsock Reset", etc

Hi,

I found my Anti-Virus got a new update and its the reason that blocked LOL from running. I disable the Anti-virus, started the game successfully and then enable AV.

Hopefully, this help you guys!

RIOT have done NOTHING so far, good job RIOT!
