View/edit summoner profile button doesn't work

When I open the game and log in the "View/edit summoner profile" button works fine but sometimes when I click it doesn't do anything so I can't view my profile to edit runes or masteries .. btw when the button makes this I can't view any summoner's profile also ! I must close the PvP.net client and re-open it to make the button works again which is very annoying ! Please fix this bug asap .
