[GAMEPLAY] Thunderlords bug with Jax?

There is a bug with Thunderlord's Decree proc'ing after Jax has gotten his ultimate. On the third basic attack, if you activate Jax's W and auto an enemy champion it counts as all three attacks/spells and procs Thunderlord's Decree. I'm not sure if this is intended or not, but I don't think too many people have noticed this yet.

So to make it more clear on how to duplicate the effects of this. At level 6, once you have ultimate on Jax, basic attack a minion or creep 2 times, and on the 3rd basic attack, switch to an enemy champion, but use your W at the same time.
