Jax ult passive does not working with 6 stacks guinsoo’s rageblade. I noticed this in 9.16. Is is bug or WHAT??? he continues smash his passive every 3d attack not 2d? WHY?

Became rageblade was nerfed ages ago when it was freelo on vayne. It's not every 3rd attack rather than every other attack
